It is extremely stressful and disheartening when you’ve given up on your body’s natural ability to sleep well. I’m here to help.

I often work with folks who are recovering from major life stressors that have compounded issues with sleep, like overwork, injury, illness or grief. The beauty of healing your sleep is that results ripple out into all areas of your life. There’s a feedback loop between improved sleep and an overall sense of resilience.

I believe that our sleep has something to show us or tell us. The pathway to better sleep often requires habit / routine shifts alongside deeper work.

My one-on-one support is nuanced. I ask a lot of questions and encourage you to listen to and trust your body along the way.

Here’s How I Work:

  • Ask a lot of questions and listen carefully. My approach is judgement-free. I want folks to look at their relationship with sleep with kindness and curiosity.

  • Use sleep science + evidence-based approaches to guide the sleep recovery process, reserving space for some mystery.

  • Use nuanced approaches rather than prescriptive ones.

  • Explore beliefs, habits, rituals, energy management and boundaries as part of the sleep puzzle.

  • Track your sleep over time so we can chart progress together.

  • Provide accountability! This is often what’s been missing in the past for folks who’ve ‘tried everything.’
