I’m Catherine Wright, a speaker, coach, educator and enthusiastic crusader for sleep. I help people mend their sleep challenges to get more out of life. When we heal our sleep we inevitably heal other areas of our lives, too. Sleep is one of the simplest ways we can nourish our emotional resilience, relationships and boost focus and creativity. I am a family sleep consultant helping parents of little ones ages 0-7 years of age. I am also an adult sleep coach, speaker and educator.
