As we enter the season of the introvert, with shorter days and more time spent being quiet and cozy, we’re primed to tune into our sleeping patterns and spend a little more time nurturing them. 

There’s heaps of info out there about why most of us require 7-8 hours of sleep every night but what about the quality of your sleep? It actually really matters, and I’ll show you why and give you some ideas on how to ramp this up.

Some small tweaks will give back in spades as we tend to our tired bodies, restless minds and tender hearts.
