Why did I create this program just for women?

 
  • Women are 2x more likely to suffer insomnia compared to men. 

  • They are also cyclical beings, so their sleep is not static either. This can make them more vulnerable to sleep disturbances.

  • Dominant culture’s expectations of women creates different kinds of stressors for them. These stressors impact women differently and need to be explored when healing our sleep.
